Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist manager in maintaining smooth operations to serve customers efficiently
• Provide general customer service, including resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience
• Conduct cleaning, maintenance, and stocking duties in store, restaurant, and truck care departments
• Operate various tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance
• Perform cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles

Requirements:

• Maintain customer safety and satisfaction while complying with company policies and procedures
• Ability to move and lift 25 pounds
• Work in various temperatures
