Restaurant Manager
Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, manage processes, and execute strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety procedures.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, and cash integrity.
- Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders.
- Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to affect business changes.
