Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Unit Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to store teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate team members through a compelling vision and direction that encompasses Love's core values.
- Form partnerships with upward management and key business partners to drive success.
- Act as a leader amongst peers in the field and with Home Office, leading consistent store visit evaluations and providing proactive feedback.
- Communicate clear expectations and hold store teams accountable to achieving all brand, performance, and behavior standards.
- Conduct productive conference calls and team meetings, and proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of multi-unit management experience.
- 2 years of merchandising experience.
- 2 years of P&L responsibility for multiple units.
- Willingness to relocate.
