We are seeking an Operational Management Specialist to assist and oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team and manage day-to-day operations
• Drive sales growth through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and daily reporting
• Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements
Requirements:
• 2 years of retail or travel stop management experience
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
