Job Description
The Truck Care General Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our truck care facilities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our teams provide world-class service to customers while promoting sales growth through merchandise execution and effective training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily managerial duties, including directing and coordinating activities around the store to better serve customers.
- Ensuring that our teams are focusing on customer satisfaction in everything they do, from providing excellent service to adjusting accordingly to customer feedback.
- Managing the store's operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience.
- 2 years experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- Valid drivers license and ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
