**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and overseeing daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team and manage processes to achieve business goals.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.
**Requirements**
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
- 2 years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- 2 years of supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
