Responsibilities:
- Lead consistent store visit evaluations and provide proactive feedback to team members.
- Communicate clear expectations and hold store teams accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
- Act as a leader amongst peers in the field and with Home Office, forming partnerships with upward management and key business partners.
- Develop and implement effective succession plans, leading to internal promotions.
Requirements:
- 2 years of multi-unit management experience.
- 2 years of merchandising experience.
- Ability to relocate away from the current market in 9 to 12 months.
