Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
- Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation. Assist in leading staff and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of restaurant management experience, including managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million.
