The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers while maintaining clean places with friendly faces. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include providing fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers while maintaining clean places with friendly faces. You will also be responsible for balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift 25 pounds and work in various temperatures. No experience is required, as we will teach you the necessary skills.
