We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of restaurant management experience and the ability to drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through proper food safety procedures. Additionally, they will work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner.
Collaboration with the Restaurant Manager is key to analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture opportunities. A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening are also required.
