As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, you will assist in leading staff, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
This includes assisting the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. You will also understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
You will collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition. Ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
