About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Store. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance cash registers and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Promote a positive dining experience by safely preparing customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant to deliver a fresh and safe product to customers.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Ability to move, lift 25 pounds, and work in various temperatures.
