Job Functions
Providing fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers is key to this role. You will be responsible for general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, you will balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
Responsibilities
Your tasks may include:
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to move, lift 25 pounds, and work in various temperatures. A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is also essential.
