Job Description
We are seeking a Cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Cashier, you will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean and welcoming spaces for customers.
You will provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing customer needs while processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items and answering product and service-related questions.
- Balance cash registers by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain proper food safety conditions using various methods and technology.
- Responsible for cleaning your working area, the sales floor, restrooms, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
