Job Summary:
As a cashier at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, you will work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean store with a friendly face. You will provide excellent customer service, balance cash registers, and ensure proper food safety conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items and answering questions about products and services.
- Balance cash registers by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Perform additional duties as needed, such as cross-training in other departments or leadership roles.
- Ability to move and lift 25 pounds, and work in various temperatures.
