Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Job Functions:
- General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
