Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a cashier, you will provide excellent customer service, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Perform cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
