Cashier Opportunity
We are seeking a Cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Cashier, you will work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean facilities with friendly faces.
You will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers, performing various duties as needed. No experience? No problem – we will teach you the skills required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- General customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Cross training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
