Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops. As a Cashier, you will work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Perform additional duties, such as cross-training in other departments, restaurant services, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements:
- Able to move and lift 25 pounds.
- Able to work in various temperatures.
