Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance cash register transactions while offering additional sales opportunities to customers in compliance with all state and local laws.
- Maintain proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Clean direct working areas, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs as needed.
- Participate in cross-training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
