Job Summary
As a cashier at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, you will work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining clean stores, handling cash transactions, and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
Job Functions:
- Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items and addressing their needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Cross-train in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
