Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain clean areas, balance cash registers, and ensure proper food safety conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service duties, including assisting customers with finding items, answering product and service questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance cash registers by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Cross-train in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
