About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers with finding items and answering questions about products and services.
- Balanacing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements:
- Ability to move and lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
