Job Summary
We are seeking a Cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a cashier, you will work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places while having friendly faces. You will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers, perform various duties depending on business needs, and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork skills.
Job Functions
- Provide general customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Perform additional duties such as cross training in other departments, leadership roles, and more.
