Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a cashier, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Job Functions:
- Provide general customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Perform additional duties as needed, such as cross training in other departments or leadership roles.
Requirements:
- Ability to move and lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
