">As a cashier at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, you will work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places while having friendly faces. You will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers, perform various duties depending on business needs, and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork skills.
">Key Responsibilities:

- General customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs. ">
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws. ">
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology. ">
- Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs. ">
- Cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. ">
- Moving and lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in various temperatures. ">
