Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a cashier at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and operating a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers
- Maintain clean places while having friendly faces
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers
- Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs
Additional Duties:
- Cross train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Ability to move, lift 25 pounds, and work in various temperatures
