Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a leader who can motivate and inspire a team to achieve organizational goals while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
