Role Overview
The Retail Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while operating the cash registers, processing transactions, and performing various daily tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate a cash register and maintain accurate and organized transactions
- Process payments and handle customer returns
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
- Assist with stocking merchandise and performing light housekeeping duties
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months retail experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate a cash register
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
