The Role
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Cashier Part Time. As a cashier, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers. You may also perform various duties depending on business needs, requiring flexibility and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using a variety of methods and technology.
- Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
