Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Truck Care Team Member with Excellent Customer Service Skills. As a key member of our Truck Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while operating the cash register, inputting and verifying service orders, stocking merchandise, and performing light housekeeping duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Operate a cash register and maintain accurate and organized drawers
- Interface with electronic platforms to ensure clear and concise communication
- Stock and face merchandise in customer areas
- Maintain a safe facility and adhere to safety first practices
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months retail and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate a cash register and basic housekeeping tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
