Job Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for balancing cash registers, completing customer transactions, and offering additional sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, including cleaning the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
Key Skills
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in various temperatures.
