Job Description
">We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and welcoming space while interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities

- General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs. ">
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws. ">
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products. ">
- Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs. ">
- Cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. ">
Requirements
">Ability to move, lift 25 pounds, and work in various temperatures. Flexibility and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
