Job Description
As a retail sales associate at Love's, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will also be expected to perform various tasks as needed, such as assisting with inventory management and participating in visual merchandising efforts. Responsibilities
• Provide general customer service duties, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and bathrooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and rotating merchandise.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and counting inventory.
• Perform other tasks as needed, such as sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and assisting with landscaping.
