Job Summary
We are hiring a Cashier and Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless transactions at our retail locations. This role involves operating a cash register efficiently, providing product information, and resolving customer queries.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or mobile payment systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in cross-training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in other areas, such as restaurant services, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
