\We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a valued member of our sales floor team, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform various duties depending on business needs.
\Key Responsibilities
\• Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs
\• Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
\• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products
\• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
\• Ability to move, lift 25 pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures
