Job Description
">- Assist/oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
- Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- 2 years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience.
- 2 years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
