As a Cashier and Customer Experience Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places while having friendly faces. You will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers, performing various duties depending on business needs so flexibility and teamwork skills are important. No experience? No problem. We will teach you.
The job functions include general customer service duties, such as helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs. You will also balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws. Additionally, you will use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products. Your responsibility will also include cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs. Other duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. You should be able to move, lift 25 pounds, and work in various temperatures.
