Your Role
As a Multi-Unit Manager at Loves, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our long-term business strategy. You'll provide guidance on merchandising, truck care services, restaurant services, and overall retail operations in an assigned territory. Your goal will be to support all aspects of operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need 2 years of multi-unit management experience, as well as expertise in merchandising and P&L responsibility for multiple units. You should be able to relocate away from the Lambsburg, VA market within 9 to 12 months. Additionally, you'll require physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift items over 75 pounds regularly.
