The Sr. TA Operations Specialist is responsible for enhancing, optimizing and ensuring that our recruiting systems & programs can efficiently and effectively scale to meet the unique needs of the organization. This leader will support
the processes and programs that enable the hiring of 40,000 employees. This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and is based in Oklahoma City with limited travel as needed.
TA System and Technology Ownership
- Align TA systems and processes to support the growing global recruiting function.
- Streamline day-to-day processes, driving consistency across the global team, and ensuring a data driven approach to talent acquisition.
- Evaluate new TA technology options, make recommendations and lead implementation across functions and locations.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for TA technology, serve as main point of contact between Love’s and TA technology vendors. Lead routinely scheduled meetings to review performance, troubleshoot errors and assess potential enhancements.
- Business lead for SAP Success Factors recruiting platform. Actively troubleshoot errors, in partnership with Talent Stop and HR Technology team as needed and conduct testing regularly for release notes. Evaluate potential enhancements and conduct testing and training as needed.
- Own the TA page of the intranet and maintain data regularly.

TA Process and Best Practice
Education and Experience :
o HS Diploma or equivalent required.
o Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
o A minimum of 5 years experience with HRIS Systems with a focus on talent acquisition operations, ATS tools, delivering HR analytics; metrics and reporting; and workflow documentation.
o Experience in building comprehensive reports, dashboards, metrics and presenting recommendations preferred.
o Experience working with HRIS teams and third-party vendors to resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements and implement configuration changes preferred.
o Experience in social media and digital marketing preferred.
