Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing equipment and buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing equipment and buildings.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and reduce waste in maintenance operations.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in maintenance procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in various temperatures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
