We are seeking a highly motivated Store Operations Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by managing employee deployment, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in retail management with experience in customer service and inventory management.
