We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-volume retail center.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze financial reporting to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
**Requirements**
- 2 years in retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
- 2 years' experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2 million
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
