Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular maintenance and adherence to proper food safety procedures.
Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Requirements:
- 1 year's experience in restaurant management
- 1 year's experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- 1 year's experience affecting and deciphering budgets and profit/loss statements
- 1 year's experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
