About the Role
- Perform tire removals, installations, and balancing services for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside settings.
- Repair and maintain equipment used in store facilities, including general housekeeping duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Tire Maintenance: Take ownership of tire sales, removals, and replacements for commercial vehicles, following company guidelines and regulations.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment used in store facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, complying with company safety policies and procedures. Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Able to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
- Ability to move, lift 75 pounds, and work in close quarters.
- Capacity to work in various temperatures.
