Job Title: Truck Care Cashier

Basic Purpose:

Truck Care Cashiers play a vital role in our business by providing excellent customer service while operating cash registers, inputting and verifying service orders, stocking merchandise, and performing light housekeeping duties.

Major Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and assist them as needed.
• Operate the cash register and maintain an accurate and organized drawer.
• Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed.
• Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders.
• Interface with multiple electronic platforms for clear and concise communication.

Education and Experience:

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Six months of retail and cash handling experience, along with trucking industry experience, are also preferred.

Work Environment:

The employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons and occasionally to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level can be loud at times.
