Experienced Bridal Seamstress/Tailor for Wedding Dress Alterations (PAID TRAINING!!)

We are looking to hire an experienced Seamstress/Tailor for a permanent position to join our small, yet high-producing all star team. Full time or part time is available.

Sewing a wedding dress is not as hard as you think. We are a company who values working smarter and not harder. This is why we work in unison and will help you take your sewing skills to the next level with hands-on paid training!

You will work with a small team and bring to the table your creative talents with critical thinking skills in order to problem-solve fit issues related to body shapes and garment construction. "Critical thinking" is a must.

At LoveSewTrue, we are not average run-of-the-mill tailors, but we are artists who give our brides a transformational experience from head to toe.

We are an established business and very high in demand who offer our brides a professional, premium service and a one-of-a-kind experience for their wedding dress alterations.

This is NOT a contract job and we are NOT skill seekers. We are looking for someone to grow with us for the foreseeable future. Management opportunities are available as we are a company who believes in investing in our people and developing them into leaders.

Required Sewing Experience:
Ability to learn working on different industrial sewing machines
Ability to learn hand sewing techniques
Ability to cut fabric/dresses with 100% CONFIDENCE

Required Practical Experience:

Excellent communication
Ability to take minimal direction and produce results the "LoveSewTrue" way
Ability to take constructive critique (feedback) and produce a positive outcome even in the midst of being uncomfortable
Has a strong mindset with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Works well independently and also with a team
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Takes the initiative to verbally speak about any concerns
Very detail oriented (takes pride in their work)
Highly organized
Can perform the physical demands of lifting heavy and oversized gowns including standing, sitting, and kneeling for long periods of time, etc.

Again... We offer hands-on paid training, but you must have sewing experience.
