Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payrolls
Triage and troubleshoot internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner and seeks supervisor’s guidance for non-routine inquiries.
Support the team through accurate input of information and changes into the payroll system.
Use software and company systems to audit and analyze reports.
Plans, organizes and executes tasks and activities with urgency and in accordance with supervisors’ delegated assignments.
Minimum Education And Experience
Associates degree or higher strongly preferred
3 years experience in a payroll processing position
Microsoft Excel and Word a must
Large company experience preferred (5,000 employees)
Multiple state payroll processing experience preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
ADP/Workday experience strongly desired
Salary: $21.50/hr
