Role Description
This full-time Home Sales Consultant role is on-site in Carrollton, TX. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving new sales within assigned communities, assisting homebuyers with selections and customizations, managing administrative details, following up with prospects and customers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in using sales and customer relationship management software
- Exceptional customer service orientation and follow-up
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting quotas / targets
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
