ABOUT THIS POSITION: The successful candidate would have an outgoing personality, enjoy collaborating with senior citizens, and have a license to practice in Ohio. We need a team-player who is computer savvy, detail driven, professional and productive. We have a large paralegal support staff to assist in making our attorneys highly productive.
An active license with the Ohio Bar Association is a required condition for consideration.
Although experienced applicants are preferrable, we will train the right person, particularly those placing in the top 50% of their law school class. This is an exceptional opportunity for a new attorney.

BENEFITS: The minimum salary is $65,000 annually with an incentive plan to earn more. Full-time team members are eligible to join the firm’s health & welfare plans on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics including but not limited to Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate Law
- Draft legal documents such as Advance Directives, Probate Pleadings, Trusts, and briefs with precision and clarity.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide support.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Prior experience in legal research is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with family law, estate planning, securities law is advantageous.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are necessary for effective client interaction and representation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
